As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Shipping
Each piece is handcrafted after you place your order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production, followed by delivery depending on your location and courier. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
